Instructions:

1. Click on a meet link to print a PDF of meet paperwork.
2. Print out the form and Circle the Events you want to swim.
3. Print Neatly on the top of the form the athleates name.
4. Bring swim met form(s) with money to a Surfers Coach
5. For directions on how to drive to the meet see Meet Maps

*(if you are using a check to pay for meet write your swimmers First and last name in the For _____ section of the check)

1. Open Meet Results and look for event Swimmer was in

(For Sample Results Page and how to Read it/what it all means see Results Help)

* if no time is listed one of 2 things happened:

1. Swimmer didn't swim

2. Swimmer got DQ (Disqualified) This means that they swam the event techniqe wrong
